I reserve the right to

  • refuse a commission, with or without a reason.

  • charge more than my standard rates based on complexity/difficulty.

  • post any images I create publicly for the purpose of self-promotion, unless otherwise discussed.

Payment

  • Payment is only accepted via PayPal invoice

  • Commissions must be paid in full up front unless otherwise arranged with Koa directly

  • A refund may be issued if the commissioner wishes to cancel prior to sketch approval; if the sketch is approved and the commission moves forward, it will not be refunded.

Commission Process

  1. Fill out the commission form

  2. Receive a PayPal invoice - I can begin working once this is paid

  3. If applicable, I will send you a sketch to approve via the contact method indicated on your form

  4. After you approve the sketch, I will proceed with the rest of the commission, and deliver it to you :D You can check progress on my Trello at any time

Permissions

  • Personal use of my commissioned work as profile pictures, banners, etc. is encouraged, as long as my signature is visible and/or proper credit is given (preferably linking to my Twitter)

  • Selling or otherwise distributing my work for profit is prohibited unless explicitly discussed and agreed on beforehand

  • NFTs and crypto- or AI-related use of my artwork are OUT OF THE QUESTION >:(

  • Commission requests involving any of my OCs will be subject to my approval, but feel free to ask!

  • Please ensure that you have the consent of anyone else whose OCs may be included in your commission!!
